How long has it been since you moved? Your bill is a month behind so if you just moved then your next bill should reflect the changes you've made.

Is your new town close to your old city? It can be that your phone picks up service from a tower in your old town if that's the closest tower.  With our Canada wide plans, you don't need to worry about any extra long distance fees within Canada.  Keep us posted!

No, we are 600 k's away, the only thing it affects is the detailed billing and every time I make a local call I get a recordiing saying it may be long distance

Better later than never... Hi Doug! Sorry for the delay! Do you have a local plan? Are you sure that the new phone number is associated to your current new local area?

Thanks!

We both got a new number when we moved to the area, can only assume they would give us a local number

Your present number, for whatever reason, probably does not correspond to the area code & exchange offered in your present location. Your phone numbers will have to change again to fix this.

Send a private message on Koodo’s Facebook or Twitter page. The reps have access to your account, which we don’t have on this board, and you will avoid waiting on hold in the telephone queue.
