Can I get this credited back to my account? I didn't see a way to do this online.  Do I have to call?

You will need to contact customer support to get it removed. You can call of course or you can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to have it sorted out.

You will only get charged for things that you could do by yourself via Self Serve. If you are not able to, either because there is no option or because the site is not working, then you do not get charged.
