I make a payment via self service when I click to end the payment it said my payment didnt went through !? that was ODD !

I make a payment via self service,  But when I click to end the payment, it said my payment didn't went through !? that was ODD... so I went and check immediately my bank statement and YES, it showed that I got charged by Koodo mobile my monthly payment! ...but the Koodo site said that I still own the amount?!! what gives ? I dont want to pay again! my bank statement showed that Koodo already collected the monthly payment! ! Please I need Help! is this a bug I need a koodo representative to assist me in how to Fix this !! ASAP. thank you for help and assistance!

It could take up to 5 days for it to show that the payment went through. If it shows on your bank account that the payment went through I wouldn't worry about it. If you pay by credit card it will show right away on your Koodo account.

HI Mats !Was debit card and yes, I read that in another threads they been having same problem with this BUG? !but the weird thing was that it said , payment didn't went through please try again !! meaning that the people can think that their payment didn't went through and pay again !! ( becasue of the error message )!... then you get double charged! that's not right  !But thank you for your replay !If they dont fix this BUG , I will think I'm gonna leave Koodo .

On our end we have not yet received the payment. The couple of other people who had issues also seem to have used debit. We take thousands of payments everyday and looking at yesterdays report everything seems working. Your bank may show that the money has been set aside for Koodo to be received, however it does take a couple days to send it to us. Couple of quick question though; did you make the payment on the Koodo site or your bank's site? Also what bank do you deal with? I want to see if there is something up based on cases before.

What I've never understood is this: if you're making a payment that is going to come straight out of your bank account anyway, why not just make it via online banking? I really don't see any particular advantage to using visa debit to pay bills.

@Timo - the main difference is this: paying via onine banking can take 3-5 days to get to Koodo whereas payment shows up right away when paying with Visa debit or Credit Card via Self Serve.

JosieNo , please allow me to correct you, via Visa Debit and Credit Card takes at least 5 days to show on your SELF SERVICE page online and in your account !
So NO is not fixed and Online Banking have same effect in Koodo ! 5 days , that is not professional nor efficient , and on top of that, the "bug" about:
ops!... your payment didn't went through pls. try "pay" again !

Visa debit may take a few days, (I wouldn't know, I don't use it), but credit card payments are most definitely immediate.

I received today an email from a rep. from Koodo from my report account and its telling me that YES they already confirm that the payment its been done but, the site SELF SERVICE will not reflect the payment until the 29 of this month,
All its ok, but still my question is - Why does the site or Koodo the company is not fixing that "bug " saying...
OPs !! Something went wrong the payment didn't went through , try again please ! - 
And then the customer ignorant about the bug and trusting in the Koodo Company , its "TRICK" to pay again  !! can some one of Koodo representative can explain this situation ? or please report this BUG !!
I dont think its fair for the customers and is not Professional, or do I have to go above to make this happen?
The payment online "self Service" via credit card or Visa debit, should be process immediately and show the transaction done and update the site in that precise moment, that professionalism and efficiency.
