One function I would love to see on the Koodo site is a drop down offering the option to report a payment made on my account. I like for Koodo to know I made a payment , especially if I am a few days late or close to being shut off. It takes up my time and the time of your Koodo Customer Service representative, hence costing use both time and money. Where if this option was avaliable online, it would take me a matters of seconds to report a payment to you. I am not overly technical, but I am sure there is an automate system out there to register your payments as they come in. Which would help the system avoid disconnections, again saving you and I time and money. If I get disconnected, I have to phone in and it takes a lot of time to get to the right place, the right person all to say hey, I already made a payment please restart my service, which I have had to do in the past.Anyway, this is my thoughts on the Koodo experience. Other than that you guys ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
