I’m travelling tonight and i want to put my plan on a seasonal hold but customer service don’t answer! What should i do now??

You can also opt to port it to a voip provider if you'll be gone for a while. Then an still use your number for calls to/from Canada if required.

How long you will be gone?

Putting your plan to seasonal hold is count as plan change.

You will NOT get back your current plan if it's not available when you came back.

If it's some promo plan , there is no guarantee they will have same promo after your return.

I’ll be gonw foe two months. I have a phone on tab so will i be anlw to cancel the plan or no? That’s why i wanted a seasonal hold because i wasn’t sure if i can cancel the plan with the phone on tab

@menna, then you are fine with the seasonal hold. You would still have to pay $15/month + tab charge/month
