You will have to wait to get back to Canada to obtain a replacement SIM at a Koodo boutique. As long as your account is on seasonal hold, your number is safe and there is no way for usage charges to be run up.
Once you have the replacement SIM in hand, you will just log into self-serve and change the SIM number on-line and then re-activate your service.
