I lost my phone today around. Need to suspedn ASAP!!!

I lost my phone today around 8pm and I tried to call and write an email to Koody but unfortunately everything is under system update and is unable suspend my service in any ways. I need to suspend the service asap.

Hey there Jeewon!  We're sorry to hear about your phone.  Our systems are back up and running and you will be able to suspend your service on your Self-Serve asap!  You can do this by logging in then clicking the link "Suspend / restore a lost or stolen phone". Once on this page, you can choose the number you would like to suspend on the top right (if you have more than one line) and then click suspend.  We hope you find your phone!

Hey Jeewan. Sorry about your phone loss, I lost one myself and it really sucks big time.

After that learning experience, I always allow the phone manufactures permission to shut my phone down, should it be lost.

I never had to use it yet, but if I had to, all I'd have to do is sign into manufactures web site, via computer and follow the prompts and its done. Shut down and on hold. And if find it, you can fire it back up.

I know its the last thing on your mind right now, but give it a thought, when you get up and running again and have peace of mind that someone won't be running up your bill, because of closed business hours.

Something to consider is an app that gives you the opportunity to locate your phone and/or lock it or wipe it.
