I lost my phone

I lost my phone last night. Battery is dead so I cannot track it through icloud. I did however have apple care+. In the event I cannot find it does it cover replacement phone?

You can go to the Apple store and they will replace your phone. Could be for free or a charge which price depends on the device you’ve lost.

If you lost your iphone, I would suggest you report to Koodo as soon as possible to disable the SIM,

If you lost your phone, I don't think you can get an replacement with AppleCare+. AppleCare+ does not protect you against theft or loss.

AppleCare+ provides repair or replacement coverage, both parts and labour, from Apple-authorized technicians. Service coverage includes the following:

  • Your iPhone
  • Battery1
  • Included earphones and accessories
  • Coverage for up to two incidents of accidental damage,2 each subject to a service fee of $39 for screen damage, or $129 for any other damage, plus applicable tax

If you lost it under 3 month, some credit card card companies offer a warranty that will reimburse you if you lost it. It's called Purchase Security & Extended Warranty
