I lost my phone and can't suspend service online...it says I'm not authorized?

I lost my phone and can't suspend service online...it says I'm not authorized? I then followed steps to suspend service through writing an email and it asked me for a phone number!

Sounds like your account may have been set up without you being set as administrator. You will need a call back number so Koodo staff can confirm your identity, and make the changes you want.
