I lost my cellphone he still has battery but localisation is off what should i do ? Is there any way to find it ?

You can attempt to locate it through Android Device Manager: google.com/andoird/devicemanager 

If it doesn't work, then the phone is off/has been reset. If you've suspended your service already, this won't work unless the phone is connected to wifi.

Without the Android Device Manager app installed on your phone, you won't be able to locate Android devices associated with your Google account, reset your device's screen lock PIN or erase all data on the phone. If using the web browser method, your phone needs to be linked to Google as explained in the link below. In both instances, your phone has to be powered on with data and location access enabled.
