I'd love to tell you we do, but at this point US regulations are too restrictive for a relatively easy entry to that market.

You can not get service to the US with Koodo unless you want to pay a fortune in roaming packages (http://help.koodomobile.com/coverage-long-distance-and-travelling/travelling)

And many users in Canada have echoed the same about US carriers coming north!  The grass is always greener......

@dfbutt, at lease more carriers could mean real competition.

@Mathieu, like we see with retail gasoline sales?

We're talking about cell phone's here, not gas. There is no way that you can say as a consumer that there is no price fixing. Koodo and Fido both have the same offer as of today? Always at the same price? Plus Fido offers more for the customer's money than Koodo does and can somehow manage to offer the same prices as Koodo. Would you not think that Koodo's plans would be lower than Fido and Virgin's plans as they don't offer anything for their customers?

Just wait until Saudi Arabia starts pumping out cell phones and the world complains about our dirty cell service in Alberta :p

I don't know what providers you're looking at but there's better competition in the US then here, at least... Take a look at Cricket if you need coverage or T Mobile for value/cool CEO.
