I just signed up with koodo on Saturday with 500mb data and unable to get data .What can I do

Have you restarted your phone? This fixes the issue for many.

Else check you Self serve to see if there is a data block, and remove it. IF these steps do not work, contact Koodo to see if there is a data block on your account no visible in self serve.
