Hi Marcy, you sure can you'd just activate the new SIM Card that you'll put in the new phone to the account you presently have and everything will be exactly the same as it was before just a new phone.

In order to activate the SIM card, call Koodo or tell the guy in-store to do it for you (if you buy the phone in-store).

If the Koodo salesperson can do it in-store, by all means have them do it.

You'll need to contact Koodo and ask them to swap your service over to the new sim. You can message Koodo through Facebook at http://m.me/Koodo or call them. If you call you'll definitely get a response today but keep in mind you could be on hold for over an hour. Call in wait times are unbelievably long unfortunately so plan ahead and have a snack handy.
