@ Jean, when you bought your HTC at the Koodo store I hope they gave you some basic instruction on how to use it. I also hope they explained to you that we are a predominantly self serve brand. Which really means that most of the help is online. Either through our FAQs or this awesome forum where there are thousands of other customers are ready to help you.
