i just actived my prepaid Koodo account, it is said an email was sent to my email. but I did not received it.

i just activated my prepaid Koodo account, it is said "your account has been successfully activated." and "an email was sent to your email". but I did not received it. And my "current balance" shows 0 in my online profile.puzzled, please help

Did you check your junk mail and double check that the email you provided has no typos?

If everything was done correctly, you will need to contact koodo to resend your confirmation email

For post paid yes. With prepaid they say an email is coming which may or may not come. You just make the account and all is good.

Were you able to make a prepaid self serve account and log in?

This email that they say is coming might never come as it never came for me.
