I just activated my new prepaid phone and put new sim card in. And my phone says I have no SIM card in my phone? Why!!??

Have you inserted the card correctly? This is a very common and easy mistake! Once you have verified that try removing the SIM and battery (if possible) and turn of the phone. Wait a minute and then put it all back together. If neither of thise things work i would suggest going to a Koodo store. Its possible you recieved a faulty SIM or is there is a problem with your phone. Whichever it is they will be able to figure it out for you!
