i jusf activited my koodo phone ..so i thought.. what am I doing wrong?

People in the forum are customers, we have no clue what was wrong with the account until tell us more. Have you received the confirmation email? can you log in to your prepaid selfserve?

Have you tried rebooting your device?  When you log into self serve, does it have a baseplan assigned?
