This forum is filled with other customers of Koodo, who, like you, have no access to the inner workings of Koodo. If your service was suspended for non-payment, you will have to contact them to effect any needed payments, and possibly a reconnection fee. You can call *227  or 1 (866) 995-6636 from another phone.
