Hello Bill.

How many minutes does your original plan have?

Hi Bill - please take a look at your latest bill in self-serve to see a breakdown of all additional charges.
You weren't charged for incoming calls while you were local in Canada, but there is a charge for a call placed to Columbia, pay-per-use roaming charges for calls placed and received while travelling in the U.S., data use while roaming, as well as text.

I see that you have added U.S. roaming packages since this bill, but no roaming add-on's were utilized while travelling during this period.
