I have two accounts and one with no phone number : how do I completely deactivate the first one which isn't in use anymore ?

I used to have a koodo account 2 years ago (I had to stop using their services since I left the country during that period of time). Now that I am back, I have a new sim card & phone number. However, when I try to set up an online account, it does not work since I wish to use the same email address as I used 2 years ago for my other account. So, how can I definitively close my previous online account and set up my new account ?

You can contact Koodo directly (see link at bottom of every page) or, if you remember your former account login information, you may be able to add the new phone and plan to your old account.
