I have tried paying my bill on my self serve, it won't work. I try to call in and I have been on hold for over an hour.

I have tried using the self serve to pay my bill. It won't work. I figured I'll call in instead, but have been on hold without speaking with ANYONE for an hour and a half. My services are going to be cancelled if I don't get this dealt with. If that happens I will be extremely angry. I left my last provider due to poor customer service.
