I have three accounts on my Koodo bill. One of which is not being used. Can I take a current pay as you go and switch the number to use it

In others words you want to switch from postpaid to prepaid but keep the same number, right?

I believe it is possible to do so but you would need to speak to customer service to make it. You can't do it by yourself.

Hey Barb! Robert is correct, it definitely can be done! You would need to purchase a prepaid SIM card and activate it through our website http://koo.do/Q2fiAq. At the "phone number stage", you will be given the option to choose a new number, or port in an existing number. Make sure you have the account number of your postpaid account (from which you will be bringing your number over) as you will need to enter it during the porting process. Once the number is transferred, that line will automatically get cancelled in your postpaid account. Please take note that any remaining Tab balances will be charged onto your next invoice.
