I have the new Samsung A5 and used to be able to connect to mobile data. Data is on but no connection

I have the new Samsung A5 and used to be able to connect to mobile data. Now it won't even though my data is turned on. What do i do to fix this?

Have you tried restarting your phone and reinserting your SIM card?

I bought more so should be fine

and payed most of my bill and paying the balance today if I can get my data on lol

Check if you have a data limit set on the phone itself. It would be on the data usage page.

It could be some settings in your phone prevented data usage, could you check in settings and see if airplane mode is off, data connection is not blocked (settings --> general --> mobile data is on). Did you install any app that could prevent data connection like VPN, anti virus apps?
