I am late paying it because the self serve sight was down for maintenance. My bill has an extra charge of $100 for "balance forward from past bill". I am wondering why because this is my first bill. Please Help!!
@ Lauren this is your second bill, hence the last line about the balance forward. The first e.bill was issued on July 28th, six days after you joined Koodo, the second on August 28th. I hope this clears things up. You can see your past bills by logging into your self serve account.
