I have had pre-auth set up on my phone for months but on self serve it shows that I still owe the money, what should I do.

How much money does it say you owe? We have pre-auth set up too and it usually is taken about 2 weeks after the bill, during that time it mentions that we owe Koodo money. Then they automatically take it and the bill is paid until the next one.

Is yours up to date or some months behind?

Shelley, your payments come out on the 22nd of every month. So, in about 2-3 days.

I have set up pre-authorized payments at least 3 months ago, but it still doesn’t work. I thought it will take some time, but there is late charge shows on my account. Too crazy! How can I do?

Does it show on your self serve account that you successfully added pre authorized payments? If it does, what does it show under billing then account history?
