I am a new customer and was activating a new SIM card. I was supposed to receive an email with a verification link, but it has been over two hours and have not yet received an email. I have checked the spam and all other in-boxes.
The email address may have been entered incorrectly. I recommend getting in touch with a Koodo employee through Koodo facebook messenger. Another issue could be that your email is link to Telus self-serve.
