i have not received the email which to confirm my password reset. Can Koodo send me the email again?

i want to pay for my phone plan online but I forgot my password. So I reset the password and they told me to wait for the email will send to my email to confirm the password changing. But I have not received any email from Koodo yet.

You can use the forgot password link on the self serve login page to reset your password. Be sure to check your junk mail folder if the email does not arrive.
I have the same problem and its saying they don't reconigize the email... what is up with that. if this keeps up I will be going to another carrier

If you are certain that the email is correct (i.e. you have used it before) then you may have to contact Koodo directly to get it reset. If the password was entered incorrectly, then you will again have to contact Koodo to get it corrected, as you can't do it through self-serve.
