I have not reached my maximum data but my date was turned off. I never received any e-mail telling me that my data was reached. Would it please be possible to know what I can fo to turn it back on without any extra fees??
Hi Stella, log into your self serve account make sure notifications for data usage percentages in on to get notification by text.
Also check to make sure your data usage isn't over there. Are you checking on your phones data counter or self serve data counter online?
