I have Not been granted the 100 free minutes for registering a credit card. I got the text saying they had been added on June 30, but they aren't on my account. Is there something I need to do to activate the minutes?

You don't need to do anything, but it could takes some times.
You don't see  "Talk Booster Add-On 100 Bonus" under the Current Booster Add-on(s) through self serve?
Nope. It is ow a week ago since I got the text

log into self serve > Billing > Manage my credit or Visa Debit card > Remove this credit or Visa Debit card 
Try remove it and add it again. If this didn't work, then I would contact Koodo.
Send a message through FB would be better than call in.
