What do you need to call for?

If you need to find out why you have no connection you can try restarting your phone, taking your sim card out and putting it back in. You can then see if anyone else you know in your area is having connection problems. Did you try outside? Did you check that your bill is up to date? If you're behind in payments and suspect you were disconnected an call #227 to speak to the billing department to get it sorted out.
