I was in Vancouver for the summer and never paid my phone bill which was 28$/mo, now I would like to pay off and terminate my phone contract but I can't call customer service as I am out of the country and I can't pay online as I don't have a Canadian bank card.

One option would be to ask your bank to issue a cheque in Canadian Dollars. Don't forget to indicate your Koodo account number on the cheque and mail it to:

Koodo Mobile

PO Box 11005

Succursale Postale Centreville

Montreal, QC

H3C 4T5 CANADA

Thank you!

You can always call via Skype or a similar online call site.

If you still have a trusted friend in Canada you can PayPal them the money and have them pay your bill through online banking.

You can reach Customer Service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or +1-647-788-4337.
I believe Koodo will accept an offshore credit card if pre-arranged.
