Unregistered SIM means your SIM card is not registered to the network. Changing your APN won’t fix the issue. Is this a new SIM card?

If it was working before(within 90 days), can you restart your phone?
And/or take your SIM out for awhile and put it back in, then restart your phone.

If it still not working, can you put your SIM into another phone?
So, you can check if your SIM is damaged or not...
If you don't have any extra phone, you can go to a one of Koodo store and check your IM and/or your phone.
