I have forgotten my password

I wanted to login to Koodo prepaid self serve, but I've forgotten my password. I clicked on the "forgot password" button and entered my details. It said that an email has been sent to my email account, but I don't see it anywhere. I've looked for it in the spam section and every other section, I still can't find it. What should I do?

Sometimes there is a delay receiving such emails. IF you haven't received it yet, I'd suggest following the "forgot password" instructions again. I've had that happen before with other services.
