I have data blocked, but just got a text I'm being charged

I called in last month because I was being charged data when it should have been blocked (had been blocked for over 2 years). The rep told me she re-added the data block.
Just got another text telling me I was being charged for data again. I went into my account, and under add ons, it says I have data blocked.
Why does this keep happening? I've had Koodo for 4 years with no problems. Why am I suddenly having all these issues???

Can you share the text you received Jennifer? Looking at your 3 lines in this bill cycle, none of them had any data use as they all have a data block on.
