Why did you add data to my plan, tell me that I changed my plan (which I most certainly did NOT) when I have paid for a data block? Not only did you do something to my account without my permission, you did something which I paid to have blocked. This upsets me.
It's a free promotion. 1GB of data for 2 months, no charge and it drops off your account on September 30th. The email template was poorly worded, stating that you made the change to your plan when it was actually Koodo adding the free promotion. If you don't want it, just don't use it, or login to self serve and remove it under your add ons. You should have received a text message that explains the promotion a little better than the template email did.
