I have been waiting for my account to be "Approved" for 5 months now.

I registered with Koodo in september, and created my online account with my phone number. Then it said I needed to await approval. ITs been like that for 5 months now!

Help Koodo please.

Are you a prepaid or a monthly customer? Is you account active now?
How do you manage your plan & payment last 5 months without selfserve access?

I feel bad for ppl whom had difficulties with komodo. As for me yes I have issues but if it came down to it when I would phone in, my situation was rectified immediatly. So my advice is call in n if ur unhappy ask to speak to a higher up . I have done this n gotten satisfaction wi5h komodo.. Wishing all best of luck .
