I have been trying to order a phone online for 2 days now and the stupid credit card part keeps saying whoops something went wrong . So I went and registerEd the card to my account but now I have wait 3 to 5 business days to order it like that's bull and I'm tired of calling and getting someone useless that just tells me I need to wait like what the deal isn't valid in 5 days I don't get This it shouldn't be this hard like I don't even owe anything

Your card doesn't have to be registered on the account. The only requirement is that your billing name and address match the account name and address on file with Koodo.

Instead of waiting, I'd suggest going into  a Koodo store or a multibrand retailer that handles Koodo, such as The Mobile Shop, and getting a phone so that you can have it that day!

Ya im trying to get to a store just hard for me. But I also have changed my address on my koodo account to the one on the card cause it was my gf card and it still won't work

If you have trouble at the credit card stage through an online order, I'd recommend trying a different web browser. I was unable to get it to work myself via webkit-based browsers on my mobile phone (Chrome/Opera), yet on IE11 on a windows computer, it worked flawlessly.
