Care to explain the errors you see?
Did you validate your account by responding to the initial email sent you way back when you first registered?

Yes i did get the email..clicked the link and i got ..web site not found?? Went back to tell koodo store told them what happened and they said it should work?? But it does not!!

Hey Brennen - I see two numbers on your account, and two separate self-serve profiles. One profile is under a different name (the other person on your account). There's also one set-up for you using your live.com email address. I see that you were last able to log-in on Thursday. 

Despite the email link possibly not working, you can log in by clicking 'Self-serve' at the top of the screen and following the steps. Do you still get an error message if you do this?

I have not been into my online account have not been able to see anything but server not found!! When link is clicked.. And the online threw email was set up by the koodo representative at the limeridge mall store..when u got a new phone!!

Is it possible that the other person listed on the account was accessing this profile? If not, we can reset the profile, but will need to validate your personal information against your account, so you'll need to send us a private message on Facebook or Twitter. One of our agents will be able to authenticate you and we can proceed from there.
