I have been on the phone waiting for customer service for over an hour. I just want to activate a new sim because we got my mother in law a new phone for a present . tried to activate over self serve but comes up email is registered to a diffrent account. how can i activate this before she gets home

i waited on the phone for over two hours and the system said. Sorry please try again later and hung up on me. not pleased

You should have recieved an option to get called back when you first call. As well its best to call in the morning. What seems to be the problem? We may be able to help you out here.
