I have been on hold for 2 hours regarding my billing if I don’t get a response soon i will cancel my billing and be telling people of my service

Its been around for a bit now. It's an AI bot that will try to answer your question and if it is unsuccessful will put you into a form to request a callback from a Koodo rep.

Usually I find that when I call the number from chatbot I bypass the waiting time.

I made a payment and you didn’t recognize it now after being on hold for 2 hours I get hung up on and yes they close at 9 but I called 2 hours before they closed

But all you need is a confirmation of payment? When did you pay them and what was the method?

Callback can take a while, Tyler - so can payments through your bank. That usually takes 3 business days (faster method would be to use a credit card). Did you check your statement yet to see if it went through on the bank's side?

I would check in your selfserve, or Dial 611 hit 1 and see if the amount was received.
You could also send a message to Koodo facebook to ask them to check and no wait time on phone. If you want to call, I would suggest you call them early in the morning.

As Sophia mentioned above, if you made payment via a bank it will take a few days for them to transfer the amount. When you log into your account the outstanding amount shown as of that time. Paying directly through our site avoid the transfer time via the bank.
