I have a special offer for an iPhone 7 because I have credit on my account. But I went in store and they said I don’t. Is it online only?

Hi Caleb,

Which store did you go to? and what type of credit was it? Was it a positive Tab? There might be some conditions on the credit. If the store said your credit was valid online then they were possibly correct.

I suppose so. They usually are meant to be done online to incentivize people to do things online. Plus at this point you'd be charged 30 buck's to upgrade in store.

How did you receive the offer?  Was it by text?  What did it say specifically?

Hi Caleb!

Where do you see that you have a credit? is it positive TAB points? if yes, then they can be redeemed in store... If not, then it could be a promo that was loaded in your account and depending on offer it could be only redeemed online!

At the end, I still suggest to do it online, easiest, convenient, hassle free and at no cost!

double check the terms of your offer because it happens few times that a specific promo is ONLINE ONLY. it should be stated clearly on your offer communication.

Good luck mate
