Koodo: The Credit/Visa Debit card registered on your Prepaid account will expire at the end of August. Go to prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.com to update your card info.
I have never been a Koodo customer. I do not have any credit card which will expired soon.
This is like a scam.

But the number 5245 belongs to Koodo??

It's possible it's an old Koodo number and linked to an account. I'll pass the info along to our Koodo contacts.

Are you a Telus customer?  Which provider are you with?

I am a customer of Public Mobile.
However, Koodo keeps an old customer's account as active?
When I transferred my number from Virgin, the Virgin deleted my card.

I check my number on the Koodo website and it says this number is not Koodo

Public is owned by Koodo/Telus.  This could be why there was no deleting

Thank you. It means one phone number has two different accounts. On another hand, in this case when I have this number the carrier may take payments from two accounts in the same time (((

More likely that it was improperly closed when you ported over to Public

But he transfered from Virgin to Public Dennis so why would Koodo come up because of porting, this is confusing?

I thought Virgin was an old example from many years ago

It is most likely a mistake. Just ignore it.
