I have a problem with my webstore order The CART does not match the ORDER

I recently sent in this email, as instructed by your helpdesk but have received no response.

I am writing about account xxx-xxx-xxxx  The account Email  is xxx.xxxx@hotmail.com

I have been trying to order a replacement phone for my son over the weekend.

I just spent 25 minutes waiting for a Koodo rep and then another 30 minutes on the phone before she told me that I had to speak to you about problems with the web site.

 

I logged in and went to SHOP>New Phones.

I tried to order the iPhoneSE 64 G.

 

I requested the 64 k version

 

 

I added it to my CART.  It shows $9 per month with $0.00 to pay now.

 

 

I then go to my CART to check out and the order is different.

 

 

Can you please help me place this order?


My son needs a new phone asap.  Since I haven't received a response from the webstore, hopefully you can help.

Odd that my images don't show up above.  The do when I look at the form.
Anyway, here they are.  If there are questions, please try to order the iPhone SE 64k for $0 down and $9 per month.  Then check out the CART and see if it has what was ordered.

Hi Wayne, we're customers like you who try and help fellow customers. We don't have a way of accessing your account and trying a run through. Koodo does look at these posts however and may offer additional guidance unless we figure it out first.

Oh, OK thanks.  I'm getting no response from Koodo at koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com.
Beyond the issue of the Order registering incorrectly,  When I click on my CART I expect to see a way to Check out but there is none.Am i missing something?

At first no. Then I did and I was able to 'check out' but again, the price of the phone changed

PROBLEM Resolved.  the Webstore responded promptly to my phone call.
The web site is really messed ignore the errors and continue with the process (after selecting your existing plan or a new one) you get to check out.  The $$ may still be messed up but eventually when it comes time to pay, the $$ were correct.
The gentlemen on the phone assured me that if things messed up, they would credit me the error-ed amount.  There was no need as it all went well.
They really have to fix that web site!
