I have a positive tab, will I get reimbursed if I switch to another company?

I have a positive tab balance. If I was to switch to a new company (will happen at some point), will Koodo give me my tab balance back to me?

No.  The tab has no cash value.  It can only be used for a phone

The only way to "cash out" your tab is to upgrade your phone with Koodo. After 90 days as a customer in good standing (includes your previous account history, unless you sign a new agreement), you are free to unlock and switch providers.

If you want to switch, that's your business. In the long run, I have found Koodo to be very beneficial and reliable.
