Are you all on the same account? What happens if you swap Sim cards?

Can you try one of their SIMs in your phone just to make sure it's not the phone?

Can you try manually selecting a network? Settings, Mobile Networks, Network Operators, Select Manually.

Another option; try resetting network settings on your LG G5.

Go to: Settings > General > Backup & reset > Network settings reset > select RESET SETTINGS - tap Reset Settings to confirm.

Hi Ruben Christina,

First of all you have to determine if there is no problem with your phone. In order to do this like @ Sophia said swap Sim cards with your daughter or wife or if your phone is unlocked, with any other active Sim card.

It is sometimes strange an funny because when I post something there is no response yet and then it appears that someone responded before me. I couldn't know that and see.
