Bernard, I have a similar question that I hope you can answer. Yesterday my phone crashed and in the couple of hours it was out, it racked up 73Mb of data (while I always have my Mobile Data checked off when my phone is in use). Is it possible to have that charge reversed?

Cory never got back here, so I believe he realized the charge was correct. I can't see your account, although we only have one 'Leeuwen', however that person has a plan with data included in their plan.
