I have a bill problem. Koodo charge me wrong amount. How can I ask Koodo to change it ?

In my April bill, there is an additional usage charges Data&SMS for $5. I checked it inside, for the data usage list, there is no data record cost for a $5. 

Can Koodo check and change about it ?

You can still send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to ask about removing it since it seems like it was a minor data leak or something to that effect. If 0.001MB, that's just 1KB

Yes, there often seems to be a few bytes of data used to 'handshake' when a phone first reaches out to a network. It may be connected too the 2G network still running in some parts of the USA. As Others have stated, Koodo usually refunds the amount upon the subscriber contacting them.
