Have you downloaded and reviewed your PDF bill? It will explain all the charges. If you are still confused by the content, come back & ask.

If they is your first bill, your first billing period is pro-rated from when you signed up to the billing date. You are also charged services for the upcoming month in advance This occurs when anyone signs up with a provider. Similarly, when you change a plan,  both the old plan and the new are pro-rated for the portion of the month they were active. Here’s link for you describing the process.

Then go to "charges on my first bill"

So I received my 2nd bill, saying that my monthly plan is $55 monthly which supposed to be $45 a month. I didnt say anything on my first bill and just paid for it. Im not gonna ignore this again or else you guys keep charging me more than its supposed to be!

You can change your own plan via self serve to correct this issue. If you would like a credit for the months you were over charged you can try contacing Koodo directly and see if they will offer you anything. Just remember, the sooner you do something the better!

Jerilee - your monthly plan is indeed $55 a month, but you're entitled to a $10 BYOD discount for 12 months, based on when you activated. This kicks in as of your 2nd or 3rd invoice - in your case 3rd - and should have been communicated at the time of activation. I see a note on your account confirming the credit will begin hitting your account on your next bill and is good for 12 months, after which you'll pay the regular price of the plan, which is $55/mth. Hope that helps clarify things.
