My old phone was switched to my name and I kept it so that I could pay off the tab. The tab is paid off now and I want to cancel it so I don't have any more charges. I also had my exes phone under my name and want to get it canceled as he doesn't pay his bill anymore. I don't have the time to sit on hold forever as I have two toddlers, a job and in college full time. Is there anyway I can do it myself? Closer koodo keyosk is over an hour from where I live....Thank you.

You have to call in to Koodo to cancel. It's the only way.

*611 on your Koodo cell (It's a free call)

You will have to call koodo as this cannot be done on their website. Just dial 611 from your phone and press zero at any point to get to a rep. By the way, my hats off to you....2 toddlers, a job and going to college or at the same time? You are awesome!

Thank you! I called their 1800 number but got frustrated pushing all the different numbers and than sitting on hold for an hour. Is the number available at all times or just business hours? haha yes and pregnant with the third!
