HELP! I have 3 phones activated with Koodo, calls and messages from #1 phone show up on #2 phone. It's been going on for weeks. Can't get the lousy company to answer my calls - being left on hold for over an hour! Been trying to get them on the phone for days. Not happy at all!
If Azure123's fix don't work, you could contact Koodo via Facebook or Twitter confirming phone #, SIM and IMEI numbers of each handset to make sure their records correspond to yours. No point in wasting time holding just to be asked for that info when other handsets are not handy.
